Structured orientation for new employees

From day one we see to it that you have the best possible orientation and support in our team.
The orientation process begins with a "welcome training". This course is attended by every new employee at all company locations and from all areas of work. The goal of this course is to give our new co-workers an overview of FACC's products, processes and procedures.

During this course the new employees will also learn about our different production locations and production methods. And of course it gives them a first contact with co-workers from other areas and thus speeds up the integration into the company.

Ongoing employee development

After the new employees have a general idea about the company, products and processes, the on-the-job training will begin. They will get hands-on experience. The new employees will not just be watching experienced specialists, but will be actively integrated in the work process. Parallel to this, we will offer them further courses where they can acquire all necessary skills and knowledge.
