In manufacturing advanced composites, FACC applies autoclave, oven and press curing methods. The basis of FACC's products are preimpregnated materials, mainly carbon, glass and aramid fiber prepregs.

With its new and highly automated production facility, FACC is capable of manufacturing advanced composite components at the lowest costs. Our production management approaches comprise constant cost reduction initiatives, intelligent CAM integration, cycle time reductions, the utilization of high technology equipment and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. Automated cutting and automated fiber placement are employed to speed the manufacturing process and to maximize material utilization and productivity.

In-house tooling fabrication and complex configuration management ensure a high degree of flexibility in production. FACC maintains a fully integrated ERP system that allows a detail overview of the value chain.

Design and construction are optimized to obtain the lightest components, while assuring and fulfilling the required part properties. Applied quality standards during all stages of product cycle (development, production, service life) guarantee consistent part performance. Specialized and multiple functional equipment is used to produce parts in a quick and effective way.

Our product organization is structured in product teams to embrace the individual demands of our customers. State of the art Kanban Systems are used to supply raw materials to production and to process work orders through the streamlined production line. 5S workplace management and lot size one allow a quick response to changes and low lead times. Training programs for employees ensure high quality of products and services.
