The R&D department of FACC AG deals with research in materials, processes and technologies.

The current points of focus are:

• the replacement of metal parts through fiber composite components with special regard to the integral design concept.
• a new liquid resin infusion process (application of newly developed resin system and semi-finished fiber products.)
• the development of automated production processes for fiber composite components
